A policy specially designed for doctors who are working abroad for a limited period.

This cover should be added to a BMA Services single trip or backpacker policy, to provide the following additional cover:

• Special cover if you suffer a needlestick injury
• Cancellation cover up to £5,000
• Portable medical equipment included up to a limit of £1000
• Lump sum of up to £10,000 if you are infected with HIV
• Cover available up to 365 days
• Cover for treatment and additional costs incurred following exposure to biological fluids up to £5,000
